BeatBoss Indoor Cycle is a class inspired by Road, Mountain, and BMX Biking which allows cross training and amazing overall conditioning. We ride to the beat, which makes this class not only super fun, but will give you an amazing cardio workout.

Join us for a Vinyasa style yoga class - practicing flowing yoga moves and breathing to music. We’ll begin with a Tai Chi warmup and work our way through various poses: sun salutations, standing strength, balance, hip openers, core, twists, and stretching. We end our Yoga Flow with 5-7 minutes of relaxation!
60-Minute Fitness Assessment
A Fitness Assessment is a 60-minute meeting with a Personal Trainer who will help you maximize the benefits of your training program. During the assessment we will discuss your desired health outcomes, processes, nutrition, medical & exercise history, and perform a strength and cardio endurance assessment to establish your baseline fitness level.
A Fitness Assessment:
A certain amount of fat is absolutely necessary for good health. However, excessive body fat may increase risk of health complications. The BOD POD uses whole body densitometry to determine body composition (fat vs. lean). Similar in principle to underwater weighing, the BOD POD measures body mass (weight) using a very precise scale, and volume by sitting inside the BOD POD.
